The Professional Learning Department takes pride in our mission to provide support for all Irving ISD teachers and staff. We believe that professional learning that improves educator effectiveness is fundamental to student learning and that effective professional learning is results-driven, standards-based and job-embedded. Our goal is to provide all members of our educational community with the training, tools, and resources necessary to empower those who make the greatest impact on our students.
