Our mission is to serve and support the students of Irving ISD by removing barriers while working collaboratively with families, community stakeholders and district resources to improve attendance and enhance student success.

Dr. Reny Lizardo is the Executive Director of Campus Operations and Attendance Initiatives PK-12 with the Irving Independent School District. He oversees an assortment of district-wide services and provides guidance and support to administrators in matters related to school operations which include Discipline, Compulsory Attendance and Intervention, Dropout Prevention/Recovery, Transfers and Enrollment. Dr. Lizardo supervises the Attendance Officers, and Campus Operations Administrators. He is also the district's Level II Hearing Officer.
