• This Open Enrollment you will have the opportunity to purchase Voluntary Term Life Insurance and Permanent Life insurance with no health questions for you and your eligible dependents.

Please note that members of the Irving ISD Benefits Team are not able to advise staff on what plans may be best for them. Higginbotham provides licensed enrollers who are qualified to assist with the enrollment process. 

Open Enrollment is not required, and elections will roll into the future year; however, it is highly recommended to review your elections and update your beneficiaries annually.

Join us for the Annual Benefits Vendor Fair on July 17^th from 10 am – 2 pm at the Administration Building. This is a come and go style event - registration to attend the fair is not required; however, if you want to meet with an enroller for guidance on 7/17 click here.

You need to complete enrollment within 30 calendar days from your date of hire. Please prioritize completing this as soon as possible so you aren’t without critical benefits for the school year.
