Open enrollment for 2024-2025 medical benefits will be open Monday, July 8 through Wednesday, August 14, for all eligible part-time and full-time employees who actively contribute to the TRS retirement system. After August 14, employees will not be able to make changes to their benefits plans. If no action is taken, the same benefits employees selected in the 2023-2024 year will roll over into 2024-2025, with an effective date of September 1, 2024. New hires only have 30 days from their date of hire to complete benefit enrollment.
Baylor S&W HMO will no longer be offered, effective September 1, 2024. As a result, current enrollees will be auto-enrolled in TRS-ActiveCare Primary+ unless a different election is made during the open enrollment period, July 8 - August 14.
