The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides you and your family members access to counseling services including legal, financial, and work-life balance assistance. 

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is New York Life Group Benefits Solutions.  This resource is for all of our employees, whether you are insured through the District or not.  Our employees will find several resources on this webpage: guidanceresources.com.

The registration process will ask you for an Organizational Web ID.  Please enter: NYLGBS.  Then it will lead you through the rest of the registration.  You can also call 800-344-9752.

When you call you will be speaking with a New York Life Insurance specialist who can help you find wellness resources including counselors and therapists in your area.  You and anyone in your household will receive 3 free counseling sessions per issue.  The specialist will explain the details.
