Employee Password Assistance

We launched a new Employee Password Assistant tool that we would like all staff to sign up for. We’ve found that it is easiest to enroll on a computer and then install the mobile app to change or unlock your password.

• Reset or unlock from your mobile device

To Enroll:  Visit the Irving ISD self service website or navigate to the Irving ISD Website - Staff - Resources Page and look for the Employee Password Assistant Link.

Note: Password changes must be made while on the district network and preferably on district property (so that you can get assistance if necessary). You will also need to update your smart phone and ipad at the same time (see attachments above).  So, please ensure that you have these items with you when you change your password.
