The Irving ISD operates and manages a Mail Center which maintains the district’s inter-office mail system and mailings using the U.S. Postal Services (USPS).  In addition, the Mail Center serves as a resource for district staff whenever projects involve sending letters, flats or parcels outside of the district.  The use of the mail center is for school business only and following guidelines established by the USPS is necessary to receive discounted postal rates.
