If you are paying property taxes yourself, there are four methods that you can choose to use. 

Make a Payment in Our Office

Our office is located at 2621 W. Airport Frwy, Irving, TX 75062, at the back of the administration building. For added convenience, we have a night drop located on the wall by the tax office.

Mail Your Payment

The tax office accepts postmarks from the U.S. Post Office. If it is the last day, we suggest that you go into your local Post Office and have them hand stamp your envelope to ensure the correct date. 

Pay with a Credit Card, Debit Card or E-check Online

You may pay online using a credit card with a convenience fee of 2.30%. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Debit Card with a convenience fee of 1%. You also have the option to pay with an e-check online. There is a $1.00 convenience fee for paying with an e-check. If you choose to do this, visit the Look Up/Pay Taxes Online tab.

Pay with a Credit Card or Debit Card Over the Phone

You can pay over the phone using a credit card with a convenience fee of 2.30% & a debit card with a convenience fee of 1%. The number to call is 1-866-539-2020 and they will ask you for Bureau Code 4921694. 

If you choose this option, please make sure you have your tax account number and the amount you are paying available.
