City of Irving will be completely closing all four traffic lanes on Rochelle Road west of Fairbrook Street. The bridge over the drainage channel will be demolished. This closure is scheduled to be in effect for 12 months (See Project Scope and Fact Sheets).

The traffic pattern for the MacArthur Blvd and Rochelle Road will contain the following changes:

• Rochelle Road bridge between Fairbrook Street and Stonebrook Street closed to all traffic.
• Rochelle Road from MacArthur Boulevard to Story Road closed to thru traffic. 
• This exhibit/map shows a directional schematic of the Rochelle Road and Bridge Closure. 

This configuration is anticipated to start on Monday, January 29^th and last for 12 months. 

We will also continue to have construction on the Professional Learning and Wellness Center which will impact parking as it did last school year.  Contractors will utilize parking lot #4 (Student Parking). The parking lot will be blocked off to house equipment and materials so students will not have access to this parking lot.  Student parking will be moved to parking lot #1 (lot in front of the auditorium). This could also have an impact on drop-off and pick-up of students in the morning and afternoons.  Vehicles will not have access to the student parking lot to drop-off or pick-up students as the contractors will have both entrances blocked.  Teachers and staff will utilize parking lot #3 (Staff Parking) and parking lot #2 (lot at back of the building).
