Medication Policy and Forms

All medications must be brought to the school clinic or office, where they will be stored in a locked cabinet or container. Students are not allowed to carry any medication with them at school, except when transporting it directly to the designated storage area.
Medications will only be refrigerated if the label specifically states that refrigeration is required.
At the end of the school year, any remaining medication will either be returned to the parent or properly disposed of.
